The Project
As subsidiary of PCCQ, HKT Teleservices focuses on voice and non-voice customer service, technical support, sales, customer retention and related services.

This project, its Chongqing Customer Service Center, accommodates about 600 employees.  In response to the business nature, panel system was used for most of the workstations, so that the CS Officers can be concentrated on the communications with customer to provide the best services.
